They seem like such simple things to strive for with your loved ones. And yet they can seem so unattainable at times and you might feel like you’re striving for the impossible. Sometimes you just need some support. This can be especially true if you feel like your child is always sad or angry. Or you feel like no matter what you say or do you just can’t seem to get it right. Perhaps you’re feeling like its just too exhausting and over-whelming trying to hold your family together and keep everyone happy. You don’t need to be alone in this. I offer face to face and online services in Play Therapy and Family Therapy, with or without the inclusion of therapy animal(s). The aim of all types of sessions is to improve the psychosocial health and wellbeing of your family. Where animals are included in the sessions their welfare is also maintained throughout.
